Mercantile Marine Act, 1955 (Section 76) Regulations, 1963.

These Regulations provide that the registry of any ship which exceeds 15 tons gross may not be closed or transferred outside the State without the approval of the Minister for Transport and Power except fishing boats 35 feet in length or under and fishing boats over this length which are registered prior to 2 July 1962.
