Minerals Development (Amendment) Regulations, 1994 (S.I. No. 319 of 1994).

These Regulations amend the Minerals Development Regulations, 1979 so as to revise the form for applications for prospecting licences and the fee for applications for prospecting licences, for an ancillary rights licence or for a preservation of support order. The Regulations provide also that the requirement to give a specific security to the Minister will be abolished for all applicants for prospecting licences.
