Abstract
The Regulations prescribe the form of certificate if grant of Plant Breeders' Rights referred to in section 15(2)(a) of the Plant Varieties (Proprietary Rights) (Amendment) Act, 1998 (No. 41 of 1998). The certificate shall be in the form set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
