Abstract
These Regulations amend the Sea-Fisheries (Community Control System) Regulations 2016 to provide for requirements in relation to on-board processing, catch handling and discharge restrictions on pelagic vessels and restrictions on the use of automatic grading equipment as inserted by Article 33 of Council Regulation (EU) 2019/1241 of the European Parliament and of the Council into Council Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009.
