Abstract
These Regulations amend the Sea-Fisheries (Conservation and Rational Exploitation of Cod in the North Sea and to the West of Scotland) Regulations 2006 so as to adopt for Ireland the measures in Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1897 of concerning unintended catches subject to the landing obligation requirement of the Common Fisheries Policy.
