Abstract
These Regulations amend The Sea Fisheries (Conservation and Rational Exploitation of Hake) Regulations 2006 so as to adopt the measures in Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1897 concerning unintended catches subject to the landing obligation requirement of the Common Fisheries Policy and which amends Commission Regulation (EC) No 494/2002.
