Sea Fisheries (Control of Catches) (Deep-sea Stocks) Regulations 2013 (S.I. No. 141 of 2013).

These Regulations provide for the provisions of Council Regulation (EU) No 1262/2012 of 20 December 2012 fixing for 2013 and 2014 the annual fishing opportunities available to Community fishing vessels for stocks of deep-sea species in Community waters and in certain non-Community waters where catch limitations are required, and the specific conditions under which such fishing opportunities may be used. The master of: (a) an Irish sea-fishing boat wherever it may be, or (b) a sea-fishing boat in the exclusive fishing limits of the State, shall comply with the requirement imposed by the Deep-Sea Quota Regulation in respect of fishing vessels and masters of such vessels.
