Abstract
These Regulations give effect to Council Regulation (EC) No 1185/2003 (as amended) on the removal of fins of sharks on board vessels. The master of- (a) an Irish sea-fishing boat wherever it may be, or (b) a sea-fishing boat in the exclusive fishing limits of the State, shall comply with Article 3(1) and Article 3(1a) of the Council Regulation.
