Abstract
These Regulations give effect a 2008 revision to Annex VI to the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships and give effect to Resolution MEPC.251 adopted on 4 April 2014 by the Marine Environment Protection Committee of the International Maritime Organization.
