Statistics (Waste Generation) Order 2013 (S.I. No. 124 of 2013).

This Order gives further effect to the Commission Regulation (EC) No.2150/2002 and enforces a statutory collection of statistical information on waste which will contribute to the availability of comparable, reliable, synchronised, and comprehensive data at European level as required by the Commission Regulation. Each undertaking to which this Order applies is required to provide information to the Central Statistics Office for the purposes of the survey, the general nature of which is specified in the Schedule.
