Abstract
This Order prescribes that each kind of sea-fish mentioned in the column (2) of the Schedule which, when measured in the manner as described in this Order, is less in length than that specified in the column (3) of the Schedule opposite the mention, in the said column (2) of such kind of sea-fish shall, for the purposes of Chapter III of Part XIII of the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act, 1959 (No. 14 of 1959), be undersized. The length of each kind of sea-fish shall, for the purposes of this Article, be measured between the tip of the snout and the end of the tail fin, or, if any portion of the snout or of the tail fin has been removed between the ends of the remaining portion of the snout and of the remaining portion of the tail fin.
