Waste Management (Facility Permit and Registration) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 (S.I. 86 of 2008).

These Regulations amend the Waste Management (Facility Permit and Registration) Regulations 2007 to correct certain typographical errors and omissions. They also replace the Third Schedule of those Regulations, which specifies the classes of activity that are subject to a Waste Facility Permit application to a Local Authority or subject to Registration with a Local Authority or the Agency.
