Abstract
These Regulations amend the Waste Management (Facility Permit and Registration) Regulations 2007 by adding new provisions on amendments to a certificate of registration of a clerical or technical nature and by inserting the a new Part VII of the Fourth Schedule on additional rules for pay to use compactor units accepting household waste.
