Waste Management (Landfill Levy) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 (S.I. No. 221 of 2012).

These Regulations amend the Waste Management (Landfill Levy) Regulations 2011 so as increase the landfill levy for waste disposed of at authorized and unauthorized landfill facilities and also remove the exemption from the levy for non-metallic residues arising from the shredding of end-of-life vehicles, white goods and other metal waste.
