Abstract
These Regulations amend the Waste Management (Licensing) Regulations 2004 in relation with public participation in the decision-making process and (application for) judicial review. The Regulations also insert after sub-article (i) of article 3 of the principal Regulations: “(j) Council Directive 2000/76/EC on the Incineration of Waste”, and thus include that Directive in the list of Community legislation that is implemented by the principal legislation.
