Water Conservation Regulations 2008 (S.I. No. 527 of 2008).

These Regulations, made under the Water Services Act 2007, concern notices issued under section 56 of the Act in relation with the control of use of water in case of water wastage and emergency. The Regulations defines duties and powers of authorised persons and prescribe forms of notices in relation to wastage or excessive consumption of water, the reduction of consumption of water and an alleged offence under section 56 (18) of the Act. They also define duties of persons to whom a notice is addressed.
