Water Services Act 2013 (Prescribed Persons) Order 2015 (S.I. No. 85 of 2015).

This Order, made by the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 26(5) of the Water Services Act 2014, prescribe An Post and Approved Housing Bodies as relevant persons for the purposes of section 26 of the Act. Section 26 concerns the duty of provision of information to the Board and subsidiary appointed under the Act.
