Water Services Act 2014 (Irish Water Customer Registration) Order 2015 (S.I. No. 34 of 2015).

This Order, made by the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(14) of the Water Services Act 2014, concerns the date by which the occupier of a dwelling, provided with water services by Irish Water, shall be required to register with Irish Water for the purposes of section 3 (14) of the Act.
