Water Services Act (No. 2) 2013 (Transfer of Other Liabilities) Order (No. 2) 2014 (S.I. No. 188 of 2014).

This Order of the Minister of the Environment, Community and Local Government provides for the transfer of all the contracts listed in the schedule to this Order from the water services authorities to Irish Water in accordance with section 14 of the Water Services (No. 2) Act 2013. It shall not be necessary for Irish Water or the water services authority concerned to give notice of transfer of a right or liability to any person. Irish Water is the company formed in accordance with section 4 of the Water Services Act 2013.
