Abstract
The two parties have agreed to make every effort to develop cooperation in all fields deemed to be in their mutual interest and benefit. The cooperation shall extend, among others, in the sector of agriculture (including agro-industry) and shall be aimed at strengthening and encouraging cooperation between economic operators, with a view to promote investment, joint ventures, licensing agreements and other forms of cooperation between them.

Entry into force notes
This Agreement shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following the date on which the contracting parties notify each other that the legal procedures, required to this end, have been completed. It shall remain into force for a period of ten (10) years.

On behalf of the Greek government the Agreement was ratified with Law No. 2268 of 22 December 1994.
