Abstract
These Regulations make provisions for the establishment and operation of both existing and new poultry farms and are divided into five chapters. The First Chapter gives definitions of these regulations. Chapter Two establishes conditions to comply with in order to be granted a license for a poultry farm (sects. 2-4). Chapter Two provides for operating an existing poultry farm, as concerns premises (sects. 5-7), hygiene matters and maintenance (sects. 8-17). Chapter Three establishes provisions for the establishment and operation of new poultry farms, as concerns location and premises (sects. 18-23). Chapter Four makes provisions concerning goose farms (sects. 24-27). Chapter Five establishes supervision and reporting to the Director, for the implementation of provisions.

Entry into force notes
These Regulations take effect, with respect to a New Poultry Farm on the date of their publication and with respect to Existing Poultry Farm 3 months after date of publication.

These Regulations are intended to supplement any other law.
