Abstract
These Regulations establish provisions for the creation of a grading station and are divided into five chapters. The First Chapter establishes definitions. Chapter B provides for granting or renewal of a license for a grading station (secs 2 to 5). Chapter C makes provisions to comply with concerning buildings and curtilage location, (sect. 7), installations for waste drainage (sect. 8-9) and premises in general (sects. 9 to 14). Chapter D provides for equipment matters, such as grading machines and their handling (secs 15-16), furniture and equipment (sects. 17-19).Chapter E makes provisions for lighting, water, sewage, operation and maintenance (sects. 20 to 26). Chapter F makes provisions concerning grading station workers (sects. 28 to 30). Under section 32 the Director is entitled for transitional provisions, under specified conditions.

Entry into force notes
These regulations enter into force four months after publication, except for Regulations 6, 11 and 14, which shall enter into force on May 1st, 1995.
