Control of Goods and Services Order (Construction and Operation of Poultry Pedigree, Grandparent and Breeding and Pullet raising Farms), 1981

These Regulations make provisions for construction and operation of poultry raising farms and are divided into three chapters. Chapter One gives general definitions and provides that any person establishing a breeding farm must be granted a licence. (sects. 2-5). Chapter Two establishes conditions concerning the location of poultry farms in general, farm buildings and their surroundings (sects. 6-9). Under section 11 farm workers are liable to specified restrictions in thgeir activities. Sections 12 to 18 make provisions for disinfection and hygiene measures. Section 19 establishes fees to be paid for the establishment and maintenance of poultry farms. Chapter Three makes provisions for an operating licence grant (sects. 20-25). Sections 26 and 27, make provisions for keeping an operating licence, which requires report activities through two logs. Sections 28 and 29 make provisions for breeding material. Sections 30 and 31 establish the need for regular tests to prevent diseases.
