Fruit and Vegetables Boards Order (Production and Exportation) (Citrus Products Board Institution), 1975.

This Order, composed of five sections, makes provisions for the institution of a Citrus Products Board. Section 1 announces the institution of the Citrus Products Board. Section 2 regards the power given to the board to set rules for the regulation of production and exportation of tomato products. Section 3 gives powers to the board to set levies and taxes on producers and authorized exporters and to define payment modalities. Section 4 establishes the validity of this document to three years.
