Abstract
These Regulations relate to the improvement of agricultural production in Israel. There are provisions on the rules for approval of certification of breeding bulls and duties for owners of breeding bulls. Breeding bulls may not be slaughtered unless a permit has been obtained from the Department Director. Chapter 3 concerns artificial insemination including the conditions plant owners must fulfill.
