Abstract
These Regulations aim at the improvement of agricultural production. There are provisions relating to artificial insemination in dairy cattle including the import, distribution, storage and marketing of insemination in Israel (sect. 4). An application for a Plant's permit shall be submitted to the Director, in accordance with the form in the Schedule (sect. 4).
