Olives Board Rules ( Production and Marketing) (Levies) -1980

This Document, composed of 11 sections, gives definitions and makes provisions for the setting of Levies on Olive and olive by-products in Israel. Section 1 gives definitions. Section 2 announces the imposing of a levy on olives and olive-oil that have been delivered for marketing in Israel, for industrial purposes or for exportation purposes. Section 3 sets levy levels. Section 4 establishes that the levy payment shall be operated via the authorized marketing agent or directly to the olive board. Sections 5-8 provide with levy deducting and transferring procedures. Section 9 sets penalties for delayed levy payers. Section 10 provides with levy procedures for industrialist who had processed olives or olive-oil. Section 11 gives general information.
