Ornamental Plants Council Rules (Growing Information)-1979

This document gives definitions and establishes conditions for the giving of information regarding the growing of Ornamental Plants. Section (1) gives definitions. Section (2) concerns the delivering to the council, in the dates and in the forms set by the council, of all information regarding growing areas and their preparation or the non growing of ornamental plants for which a Personal Growing Quota has been obtained. Section (3) deals with the delivering of information regarding transition periods such as the months of September and November of each year.
