Abstract
This document gives definitions and establishes conditions for the growing quotas of Ornamental Plants. Section (1) gives definitions. Section (2) deals with Personal Growing Quota; a person may not grow any ornamental plant, for which the minister of agriculture has set a national limit, unless included in a Personal Growing Quota. Section (3) Lists the requirements for the obtaining of a Personal Growing Quota. Dates for the sending of the requests are: 30 June for Narcissus Tubers, 31 October for Ornamental Wax and Cotton Flowers and 31 January for all other species. Section (4) prohibits the passing of a Personal Growing Quota unless a written permit from the Quotas Committee is obtained.
