Abstract
This Regulation, of Seven Sections, makes provisions for the selling of Goats that have been found grazing not according to Section (3) of the Law. Section (1) provides for notification procedures. Section (2) establishes that the goat’s value shall be decided by the supervisor, according to section (7) of the Law. Section (3) regards selling procedures. The inspector that has found the goat/s can provide for their selling, seven days after notification has taken place. Section (4) regards goats’ expenses. Section (5) establishes that profits made through the sale of the goats shall be temporarily deposited in the State’s Bank and a court will decide over the allocation of the sums. Sections (6) and (7) give general information.
