Abstract
This Regulation prohibits the selling of Cotton seeds unless seeds have been disinfected at least 30 days before selling date. Disinfection shall be carried out by gas smoking (sect. 1). The seeds seller is obliged to present a written certificate reporting information regarding disinfection to the buyer (sect. 2). The transportation of non carded cotton is prohibited unless cotton is enclosed within entirely limited containers in order to prevent the falling of any part of it (sect. 3).
