Plant Protection Regulation (Parathyon pesticide selling), 1960.

This Regulation sets conditions for the selling of Parathyon Pesticide preparations. A person shall not deal with parathion preparations selling, unless authorized by the director of the Plant Protection Department and permit tax has been paid. A person shall not sell a parathion preparation to another unless the acquiring person has obtained a written permit from the director. The seller shall monthly deliver the acquiring permits to the Plant Protection Department.
