Abstract
This Regulation makes provisions for the prevention of the Tristeza disease in Citrus. The holder of a place in which, on entry into force day of this regulation, is growing Calamondin plants, must destroy those plants. A person shall not grow, plant or sow calamondin plants unless a written note has been delivered to the director of the Seeds Inspection Service and approval has been obtained.
