Abstract
This Regulation makes provisions for the prevention of "Sclerotium Rolfsii" spreading. Section 1 prohibits the transportation of potato, iris and narcissus bulbs, tomato, sugar beetroot, pepper and fruit plants in an area delimitated by the roads listed in section 1 and southern of it unless authorization is obtained from the director of the Plant Protection Department. Sections 2-5 deal with the requests for authorization granting after samples inspection.
