Abstract
This Regulation Sets rules regarding the handling of sugar-beet soil residues. The owner of a sugar factory will not take-out, or give permission to take-out, sugar-beet soil residues unless to a place prescribed by the director of the Plant Protection Department and by vehicles that are not used for sugar-beet transportation.
