Abstract
These Regulations, of Seven sections, give definitions and establishes procedures for the correct operation of Absorption and Decaying Pits in Israel. Section 1 gives definitions. Section 2(a) prohibits the installation of an Industrial Absorption bore. Section 2(b) prohibits the installation of a Domestic Absorption pit in a settlement that a Sewage System. Section 3 regards absorption and decaying bore emptying procedures. Section 4 sets legal preservation conditions. Section 5 sets penalties as listed in section 20 of the Law. Section 7 regards transition rules.
