Public Health Regulations (Food) (Histamine Contents in Fish), 1983.

These Regulations, composed of four sections, give definitions and makes provisions for the regulation of fish production in Israel. Section 1 gives definitions. Section 2 prohibits the production for commercial purposes, and the marketing for human consumption, of fish that contain Histamine in a quantity that exceeds, according to test method adopted, 20 mg. for every 100 gr. of fish.
