Abstract
These Regulations provide for the obligation to vaccinate any dog against rabies, hold a licence for it and give notice to the Authority in order to get a certificate (sects. 2 to 4). Pursuant to sections 4A to 4C, the Vaccinator must be authorized by the Director and any person considered being an injured party is entitled to appeal for this purpose to the Authority. Sections 5 and 6 provide for fees and exemption to it. Section 7 prohibits keeping a dog unvaccinated.

These Regulations enter into force on the tenth day after the date of publication.
Notes
The Rabies Regulations (Vaccination) 1971, are abrogated.
