Submarine Areas Law.

This Act provides for the inclusion of the sea floor and the underground of the submarine areas adjacent to the shores of Israel but outside of Israel territorial waters, to the extent that the depth of the superjacent waters permits the exploitation pf the natural resources situated in such areas. This definition of submarine areas shall not affect the character of the water superjacent on the said submarine areas, and outside Israel territorial waters, as waters of the high seas
