Vegetable Production and Marketing Board Regulation (Details of the Exportation Settlement), 1965.

This Document, composed of nine sections, makes provisions for the exportation of vegetables from Israel. Section 1 provides for an announcement to be exposed in the Reshumot and in three daily newspapers by the Vegetable Production and Marketing Board, in order to notify the growers that are interested in cultivating a variety of vegetables listed in the announcement that are destinated for exportation purposes by the board. Section 2, a grower, which wants to cultivate vegetables as prescribed in section 1, shall compile a request module and deliver it to the board within the date reported in the announcement. Sections 3 and 4 provide for approvals, abrogation or limitations of the cultivation for exportation requests. Sections 5 and 6 provide for exportation standards. The Board may refuse exportation of cultivation if not corresponding to standards established and inspected by an authorized Inspector. The refused cultivation shall not be put on local market until authorized by the Board. Section 7 deals with supply obligations related to the farmer that is obliged to supply the variety for which he had requested the approval, in the quality, quantity, species and variety, packaging and labelling that had been established by the Board. Section 8 regards payment procedures. Section 9 gives a name to this document.
