Abstract
This Regulation, composed of three sections, makes provisions for the appointing of government delegates as Board members. Section 1 establishes the number of Board members as 51. Section 2 the number of government delegates Board members is set to nine, of which, four from the Ministry of Agriculture, four from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and one from the Ministry of Treasury. Section 3 gives name to this Regulation.
