Abstract
This Regulation, composed of 10 sections and one Annex, gives definitions and establishes conditions for the veterinarian licensing procedures. Section 1 gives definitions. Section 2 makes provisions for license request procedures. The request for a veterinarian license must be compiled according to the form listed in the Annex and to the conditions listed in this Section. Section 3 provides with License facsimile reported in the Annex. Section 4 provides with temporary permit facsimile reported in the Annex. Sections 5 and 6 deal with data updating procedures regarding change of name and address of the veterinarian. Section 7 provides with License loss procedures. Section 8 establishes procedures regarding the setting of a sign outside the veterinarian’s nursery. Sections 9 and 10 give general information.
