Veterinarian Doctor’s Regulations (Licensing Committee Procedures), 1992.

This Regulation, composed of nine sections and one Annex, gives definitions and establishes conditions for the veterinarian licensing Committee procedures. Section 1 gives definitions. Sections 2-4 provide with powers given to the committee for inviting a person for a hearing (a hearing invitation module is enclosed in Annex I). Section 5 establishes conditions for legal procedures. Section 6 provides Protocol procedures. Section 7 provides for sittings procedures. Section 8 establishes secrecy obligations. Section 9 establishes Entry into Force ten days after the date of publication. Annex I provides with various Committee modules.
