Abstract
These Regulations establish that a person who is not a veterinarian is entitled to carry out a vaccination of poultry, under a licence issued by the Director of the Veterinary Services (sect. 2). A licence may be granted under specified requirements (sects. 3 to 5), even as temporary licence (sect. 7).
