Water Measuring Decree ( Measured Water Production) -1962

This document, of 15 sections, gives definitions and makes provision for the initiating measured water production in Israel. A water producer shall install water counters according to a counters installation plan approved by the Water Governor. In case of no installation plan, the Water Governor can provide an installation plan to the producer that shall execute it. This document gives powers to the water governor to send inspectors to any installation location. A water producer must respond to any information request posted by the water governor.
