Water Measuring Decree ( Measured Water Supply By the Yarkon Company) -1960

This document, of Six sections, gives definitions and makes provisions for the application of water measurement devices by the Yarkon Water Supply Company. The supplier shall install water measurement devices to all his costumers included in the water plan. after device installation, water supply shall be only by measurement. The Water Governor has the power to send inspectors to any measurement location. The water supplier shall send a monthly report regarding the water measurement devices installation situation. The Water Governor can demand further information from the supplier.
