Water Measuring Decree ( Measured Water Supply)B -1962

This document, of 16 sections, gives definitions and makes provision for the initiating of measured water supply in Israel. A water supplier shall install water counters according to a counters installation plan approved by the Water Governor. In case of no installation plan, the Water Governor can provide an installation plan to the water supplier that shall execute it. This document gives powers to the Water Governor to send inspectors to any installation location. The Water supplier must respond to any information request posted by the water governor.
