Water Measuring Decree ( Origin Measuring) -1956

This document, of Four sections, gives definitions and makes provisions for water measurements. a water origin is defined as any well, stream, spring, river or lake. Any person who owns a water-origin or any water producer that produces water from a water origin must measure the water produced from it, as close as possible to the origin.
