Water Measuring Regulations (Data and Report Handing for Water Production) -1960

This document, of Nine sections, gives definitions and establishes procedures for the report handing for water production. Section (1) gives definitions. Secs. (2) to (4) regard a report to be compiled by the water producer to be delivered to the Water Governor once every month using the forms that can be found at the Water Authorities offices. Secs. (5) and (6) give powers to the Water Governor to demand further information from a producer that is obliged to fulfil the governors request. Sec.(7) regard exemption conditions for these regulations.
