Abstract
These Regulations, of Eight sections, give definitions and make provisions for the regulating of public and private garden watering in Israel. Section (1) gives definitions. Section (2) establishes that in the period valid for these regulations, a person shall supply and use water for garden watering purposes by irrigators only in the months of may to October and between 20.00 to 06.00. this limitations shall not apply to dropping irrigation devices. Section (3) provides prescriptions regarding new garden irrigation devices that shall confirm with these regulations. Section (4) prohibits water supply for season flowers irrigation purposes. Section (5) establishes that public garden irrigation shall take place under authorized inspections. Section (7) regards offences and penalties. Section (8) limits validity to these regulations to December 31 1992.
